Denver, Colorado, Nov. 17, 2025 — Deep Fathom, a pioneering company modernizing regulatory compliance through Agentic AI, announced two new appointments to its Advisory Board. Tanya Loh, an independent brand and marketing leader, will provide guidance on brand, product, and market initiatives, as well as fundraising and corporate growth. Rich Vorwaller, a cybersecurity and cloud computing expert in product development, will offer tested insights into product direction and capabilities. Both appointments are effective immediately.
Loh brings vast experience building, scaling, and crafting strategic partnerships across organizations that span from technology startups to multinational corporations. Most recently, she served as chief marketing officer for Forgepoint Capital, a leading cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, and digital infrastructure software venture capital firm with over $1B in assets under management. Loh also led market development for M12 – Microsoft’s Venture Fund, currently serves as an angel investor and strategic advisor to multiple AI firms, and is a member of the Forgepoint Capital Advisory Council.
Vorwaller has led product initiatives for AWS, Symantec, McAfee, and Cloud Storage Security, where he most recently served as chief product officer. He brings extensive experience solving complex cybersecurity challenges for customers that range from SMBs to enterprise, and currently drives product strategy for Commvault, a cyber-resilient storage solutions company. He is a frequent speaker on cybersecurity-related issues at national and global conferences.
Designed to meet and exceed emerging Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) requirements, Deep Fathom’s platform provides an intelligent orchestration layer that unifies planning, execution, verification, and evidence into a single interface. Its Agentic AI platform sequences tasks, guides teams, and captures verifiable evidence as work happens. Documentation stays synchronized across systems and stakeholders, ensuring that what is true in practice matches what is shown at certification time. By transforming compliance from a one-time event into a sustained practice, Deep Fathom helps organizations reduce rework, strengthen audit defensibility, and maintain the systems and proof needed to achieve certification readiness and sustain durable, evidence-backed compliance.
“As we move from early adoption to broader market scale, Tanya and Rich’s perspectives will help us align product strategy with market momentum,” said Steven Hess, co-founder and chief executive officer for Deep Fathom. “Both understand how to translate complex technology into practical outcomes. That is exactly what this market demands.”
