A collaboration with Deep Fathom starts with the services your firm wants to offer and the professional boundaries under which it operates. We shape the platform relationship around that context.
For some firms, that may mean supporting readiness work. For others, it may mean a review relationship with suppliers whose work they did not prepare. The commercial paths offer two ways to work together, with the role of each party settled through a specific agreement.
Your Methodology Is Part of the Starting Point
We want to understand how your practice works and where Deep Fathom fits. That includes where you would expect to use our output, where your own approach would remain central, and what would prevent the relationship from being useful.
A software provider has responsibilities in that discussion. We make the product’s capabilities and limits clear, address the intended use of supplier information, and be specific about the support available to your firm. Your firm decides whether that is compatible with the work it wants to undertake.
The point of the conversation is to find a workable relationship. Product adoption by itself does not establish that fit.
A Commercial Relationship Compatible With Professional Judgment
Our collaboration does not depend on a favorable review finding or endorsement of the platform. We expect your scrutiny to extend to work supported by Deep Fathom, including conclusions that expose limitations in the preparation process.
Commercial terms reflect that relationship. Fees, client introductions, software licensing, and use of either firm’s name are substantive topics for agreement. We agree those terms around your delivery model and existing client relationships.
For a readiness relationship, the discussion centers on how the platform supports the services your firm provides. Neither arrangement implies that preparation and certification will be delivered to the same client by the same firm.
The Client Relationship Matters
We want to understand how you want clients to experience a collaboration. A supplier could already be working with your firm, could approach Deep Fathom directly, or could be introduced through a separately agreed arrangement.
Those situations raise different questions for us about product access, support, contracting, and communication. We work through them with you as part of agreeing the relationship. Any introductions, exclusivity, or joint branding have their own agreed terms.
Professional References
The governing accreditation and conduct framework remains the basis for any client-specific arrangement. R2002 and the Code of Professional Conduct are included in our reference library for context. This collaboration creates no exception to their requirements or a new certification designation.
