A second customer may ask about work you already perform. Keep the original record, then compare its scope to the new request. Check the requirement, systems, information, timing, and requested response before reusing anything.

Perform any reassessment or affirmation your terms require. Keep the SSP and POA&M as working records, and preserve dated snapshots when a customer review or affirmation needs a clear point-in-time record.

Maintain compliance as the business changes. If your firm buys from other defense suppliers, manage your own supply-chain requirements alongside the obligations you owe upstream.
