Does this solicitation require CMMC?

Find the selected level in DFARS 252.204-7025, when included, and read it with the clauses, attachments and amendments. Record the assessment type and the systems expected to process FCI or CUI. A provision title, an unfilled level blank or deleted text printed in an amendment does not establish the operative level. The July 2026 suspension direction continues Phase I and directs changes to affected solicitations; inspect the actual amendment before resolving conflicting language.
